The St. Johns County Property Appraiser’s Office does not provide legal advice and counsel to the public or property owners. Available Resources
Our General Counsel manages the Value Adjustment Board (VAB) petitions received by our office. The VAB process is administered by the St. Johns County Clerk of the Circuit Court and County Comptroller’s Office.
The St. Johns County Property Appraiser’s Office places importance on public feedback and its role in the governance of the community. In order to better serve its residents, we utilize user engagement tools and websites, including social media platforms, to provide the public with information.
