Megan Woodward, Exemptions & Customer Service Specialist
Megan has been with the St. Johns County Property Appraiser’s Office for 5 years. In her current role, she processes homestead and other exemption applications and assists taxpayers with an array of questions involving exemptions, property values and property tax estimates.
Megan’s favorite part of the job is her coworkers. Megan said that she works with some of the best people who have become not just her coworkers but friends.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with her family, reading a good book, and going on walks, but being a mom is her favorite!
