Residential Valuation Specialist I with Condo

This position provides the valuation of residential property and Condos for ad valorem tax purposes through the application of industry accepted methods, standard appraisal techniques, and statistical analysis including income, sales comparison and cost approaches to value. This is a professional position under the immediate supervision of the Residential Team Leader and under the general direction of the Director of Valuation.

  • Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and appraisal experience may substitute
  • Experience Requirement: Minimum 2 years appraisal experience
  • Location: St. Johns County resident or willing to relocate

2026 Top Workplaces Awards

St. Johns County Property Appraiser Eddie Creamer is pleased to announce that the St. Johns County Property Appraiser’s Office has been honored with the 2026 Jacksonville Top Workplaces Award presented by The Florida Times-Union in partnership with Energage, an employee engagement technology company. Creamer accepted the award on behalf of the office at a ceremony on Feb. 25, 2026, at The River Club in Jacksonville. During the ceremony, the office received two additional awards, one for ranking in the top three organizations in its category and another special award for the benefits provided to employees.
