Charity Welu, Director of Finance and Administration
Charity has been with the St. Johns County Property Appraiser’s Office for 5 years. In her current role, she is responsible for all aspects of the office budgeting, accounts payable and payroll. She is also responsible for the administration of the tax roll. She supervises the Tangible Personal Property Department as well.
What Charity likes most about her position is the variety it offers, where changing priorities keep each day and week unique.
Outside of work, Charity enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending time with her husband and sons.
