Kim Terrell, Exemptions & Customer Service Specialist
Kim has been with the St. Johns County Property Appraiser’s Office for 1 year. In her current role, she assists customers with their property questions and requests. She helps property owners apply for exemptions and answers questions about property values, estimating taxes, TRIM notices and more.
What Kim likes most about her position is the people. She enjoys meeting and talking with customers and also working with the team here at the office.
Outside of work, Kim likes to spend time quilting, gardening and playing with her dog. She also enjoys spending time with her family, including her two adult sons and grandbaby.
