Max has been with the St. Johns County Property Appraiser’s Office for 1 year. In his current role, he reviews market trends to accurately value commercial and office properties here in St. Johns County.
What Max enjoys most about his job is the Value Adjustment Board (VAB) process, which allows property owners the opportunity to appeal their property’s value through an independent review.
Outside of work, Max likes to spend time with his son. He also enjoys golfing, road bike riding, camping, and exploring flea markets.
