Amy Greene, Residential Valuation Team Leader
Amy has been with the St. Johns County Property Appraiser’s Office for 16 years. In her current role, she is responsible for overseeing a team of employees who appraise residential properties in select market areas in the county. Her role involves providing guidance and support to her team while also ensuring quality, accurate and consistent property values.
What Amy likes most about her job here at the office is revaluing. She enjoys analyzing the real estate market and working through the challenges that come with the annual revaluation process.
Outside of work, Amy likes to spend time with her family. Whether relaxing on the porch, boating, enjoying the outdoors or planning her next adventure, she loves making the most of every moment.
