The St. Johns County Clerk of the Circuit Court and County Comptroller’s Office offers free property fraud alerts/recording activity notifications to help protect your property from fraud. If someone records a fraudulent deed and/or lien against your property in the official records of the St. Johns County Clerk’s Office, then you will receive an email alert. This allows you to detect the fraud early.
