Rebecca Dunn, Residential Valuation Specialist
Rebecca has been with the St. Johns County Property Appraiser’s Office for 3.5 years. In her current role, she is responsible for assisting with the creation of an accurate tax roll by adding building permits, reviewing sales, helping property owners, and revaluing the market areas every year.
What Rebecca likes most about her job here at the St. Johns County Property Appraiser’s Office is her coworkers because they make every day a good one.
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys playing the viola in the Civic Orchestra of Jacksonville, spending time with her family (including her family dog, Jazzie), and cooking and baking.
