Job Summary
This position provides the valuation of residential property for ad valorem tax purposes through the application of industry accepted methods, standard appraisal techniques, and statistical analysis including income, sales comparison and cost approaches to value. This is a professional position under the immediate supervision of the Residential Appraisal Director and under the general direction of the Chief Appraiser.

Job Summary
This position performs specialized duties in the processing of homestead and other exemptions. The employee will answer the telephone and greet visitors, provide information and assistance, take messages and refer to appropriate personnel, and review and respond to email correspondence.
They will receive and process property tax exemption applications and supporting documents, input related data to electronic records, and review for accuracy and completeness.
