St. Johns County Property Appraiser Eddie Creamer is pleased to announce that the St. Johns County Property Appraiser’s Office has been honored with the 2026 Jacksonville Top Workplaces Award presented by The Florida Times-Union in partnership with Energage, an employee engagement technology company. Creamer accepted the award on behalf of the office at a ceremony on Feb. 25, 2026, at The River Club in Jacksonville. During the ceremony, the office received two additional awards, one for ranking in the top three organizations in its category and another special award for the benefits provided to employees.

“At the St. Johns County Property’s Appraiser’s Office, we are a people-first organization,” said Creamer. “Our team makes all the difference in the important work we do to support the St. Johns County community, and I am thankful to each and every one of our employees for their tremendous work and dedication to our organization.”

The Top Workplaces Award honors organizations in the Metro Jacksonville area that participated in the Top Workplaces survey. The confidential survey administered by Energage is emailed to all the employees in each organization to receive feedback. The survey measures themes such as engagement, level of respect and support, growth opportunities and more.
